Job Description – Customer Service Agent

About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent – First Responder Support in Spindale, you will play a key role in helping first responders access a dedicated, high-speed wireless broadband network built specifically for public safety communication. Your responsibilities are essential to maintaining secure and uninterrupted connectivity, free from the congestion of commercial networks. In this position, you will operate within a secure, paperless environment, handling sensitive information and navigating CRM and billing systems with precision and professionalism.

Core responsibilities of a Customer Service Agent supporting emergency network services at Fusion CX Spindale:

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Maintain a high level of reliability and adhere to a consistent work schedule
  • Efficiently handle multiple tasks while managing inbound calls
  • Operate within a secure, paperless environment
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer and network information

Job Requirements – Customer Service Agent

What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Service Agent supporting the first responder network in Spindale:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1 year of experience, preferably in customer service in a call center environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Comfortable in a high-call-volume, secure call center environment
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • High reliability and schedule adherence

  • Must be able to commute or relocate to Spindale, NC.
