Job Summary – Multilingual Customer Support Agent:
Fusion CX is hiring remote Customer Support Agents in Albania to support a leading international e-commerce brand. If you are fluent in any of the following languages – Irish, Icelandic, Maltese, Slovenian, Catalan, Galician, Basque, or Luxembourgish– this is your opportunity to join a global CX team as a Multilingual Customer Support Agent and work from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, empathetic support to customer inquiries via email, chat, or voice.
- Manage order-related issues, refunds, and general troubleshooting.
- Maintain professional communication and adhere to quality KPIs.
- Collaborate with team leaders and training teams for ongoing improvement as a multilingual CSA.
Requirement – Customer Support Agent (Multilingual)
- Fluency in any of the languages from Irish, Icelandic, Maltese, Slovenian, Catalan, Galician, Basque, or Luxembourgish is required for the Customer Support Agent position.
- Prior BPO or e-commerce support experience is preferred for the role.
- Strong tech skills, customer focus, and adaptability
- Laptop, stable internet, and a quiet home workspace
