About the Role
Fusion CX is hiring Mobile Customer Service and Sales Representatives to support customers of a US mobile services provider. You will help with mobile plans, devices, accounts, activations, and general support questions while identifying relevant service or sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound inquiries about mobile plans, devices, account changes, and services.
- Assist with activations and routine mobile account or service questions.
- Explain available plans, features, and service options accurately.
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex cases when required.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable mobile services when appropriate.
- Document interactions and meet customer service, quality, and applicable sales goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Customer service or contact center experience is required.
- Sales and telecommunications or mobile experience are advantages.
- Strong spoken English and the ability to explain technical information simply.
- Ability to explain mobile plans and tech details in plain language.
- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Willingness to learn about mobile plans, devices, support systems, and quick technical comprehension.
