Job Description

What will be your job duties and responsibilities as a member support representative in Cebu:

  • Customer Service Support: Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries, processing plan changes, and resolving issues across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, voicemail).
  • Sales Support: Engage in product/service sales, making outbound calls/emails to decision-makers, building rapport quickly, assessing needs, and closing sales when appropriate.
  • Prospecting & Qualifying: Qualify leads by conducting prospecting and scrubbing of contact information and engaging with potential customers interested in the products or services.
  • Campaign Development: Assist in the creation and management of digital campaigns, from initial idea generation through to pitch and qualification of prospects.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by successfully closing deals and achieving sales objectives.

Job Requirements

What you will need to excel in the role of member support representative in Fusion CX Cebu:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish: Must be fluent in both spoken and written Spanish.
  • Education: At least a Senior High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of BPO or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication skills and ability to deliver high-quality service while maintaining professionalism.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Sales Acumen: Comfortable with sales activities and working toward sales targets.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated on product, service, and policy changes to ensure accurate information is provided.
