Job Description:

About the Role

As a Hair Coach, you will work closely with customers to assess their hair condition, provide education and guidance, support treatment journeys, and help customers achieve their hair wellness goals. You will act as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support, monitoring progress, and helping customers navigate concerns related to hair health and treatment plans.

This role combines customer service, customer support, coaching, education, and relationship management to create a positive and supportive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment

• Assess customers’ hair conditions according to guidelines established by the Medical Team.
• Understand individual customer needs through structured assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer consultations and recommendations.

Education

• Educate customers on proper hair care practices and routines.
• Provide guidance on washing, maintaining, and protecting hair according to established guidelines.
• Help customers understand treatment recommendations and expected outcomes.

Problem Solving

• Identify and address hair-related concerns throughout the treatment journey.
• Analyze potential causes of hair issues, including hair loss, damage, thinning, or scalp-related conditions.
• Help customers develop strategies to manage and overcome hair-related concerns.

Emotional Support

• Provide empathetic support to customers experiencing hair-related challenges.
• Encourage and motivate customers throughout their treatment journey.
• Help customers build confidence and maintain a positive outlook regarding their progress.
• Offer guidance and resources to support overall customer well-being.

Goal Setting & Progress Monitoring

• Assist customers in setting realistic hair wellness and treatment goals.
• Monitor customer progress and provide ongoing support throughout the treatment period.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and encourage adherence to recommended plans.
• Support customers in achieving desired outcomes through consistent engagement.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: XII Pass
• Freshers and candidates with customer service or customer support experience are welcome to apply
• Strong customer-centric mindset and relationship management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and build trust

Language Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Regional language proficiency in any of the following is preferred:
  • Kannada
  • Telugu
  • Tamil
  • Hindi
• English proficiency equivalent to Versant Level 5
