Job Description – Marketing Specialist / Marketing Coordinator (E-Commerce)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Execute Meta Ads campaigns across multiple ad types and use cases.
- Create and manage email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zoho, or Shopify Emails.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for metrics including ROAS, CTR, CVR, and traffic generation.
- Use Ads Manager consoles to track and improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business and e-commerce goals.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with Google Ads (campaign setup, optimization, reporting).
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads (different ad formats & use cases).
- Experience with EDM platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zoho, or Shopify Emails.
- Familiarity with key marketing metrics: ROAS, CTR, CVR, traffic generation
- Ability to navigate and analyze performance through the Ads Manager console
- Willingness to complete 1–2 months onsite training and onboarding, followed by transition to work-from-home setup.
