Job Description

Here are the duties and responsibilities of the Inside Sales Manager:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Manage inbound queries and cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Ensure lead quality by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their needs.
  • Facilitate seamless handover of qualified leads to sales teams for conversion.
  • Maintain comprehensive account lists and contact databases to support lead generation efforts.
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets set by the business.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and relationship building is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with RPA, Machine Learning, and speech-to-text technologies is necessary.
  • Relevant certifications in these technologies are considered advantageous.

Job Requirements

Necessary qualifications, skills, and attributes the Inside Sales Manager needs to excel in this role:

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher level of education.
  • Minimum experience of three years in a similar role with a solid track record of outbound calling and email marketing.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
