Job Description – Manager – Campus to Corporate
Position Overview
The Manager will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with colleges, universities, and vocational institutions to attract talented students for placement opportunities at Fusion CX. This role will focus on conducting “Campus to Corporate” drive workshops, promoting our organization’s career opportunities, and ensuring a smooth placement process from campus outreach to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Campus Outreach & Relationship Management
- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and professional institutes across targeted regions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with placement officers, faculty members, and student bodies.
- Schedule and coordinate campus recruitment drives and pre-placement talks.
- Campus to Corporate Drive Workshops
- Plan and deliver engaging “Campus to Corporate” workshops to prepare students for professional
- roles.
- Share company insights, career growth opportunities, and corporate etiquette guidelines with students.
- Organize skill development sessions, including interview preparation, resume building, and group discussions.
- Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end campus recruitment processes, including assessments, interviews, and final selection.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates, college authorities, and internal recruitment teams.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and track the recruitment pipeline.
- Promotional Activities
- Represent the company at career fairs, placement cells, and industry-academia events.
- Create and distribute promotional materials to attract student interest.
- Use social media and other digital platforms to promote campus opportunities.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain detailed reports on outreach efforts, recruitment statistics, and placement conversions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, recruitment guidelines, and statutory compliance.
Job Requirements – Manager – Campus to Corporate
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering)
- 6months to 12 months of experience in any field
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for campus visits and events.
- Proficiency in MS Office, digital communication tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong networking abilities and negotiation skills.
