Job Description

How You Will Make a Difference as a Licensed Therapist in Texas:

• Must be licensed in the state of Texas and able to work under the supervision of a doctor (MD).
• Conducting assessments and interpreting the results of behavioral health evaluations for adults, adolescents, and seniors.
• Executing validation interviews and interpreting the results of monthly monitoring assessments.
• Engaging in direct patient interaction through telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Participating in client huddle sessions to discuss the results of interactions conducted during the month.
• Familiarity with documenting behavioral health sessions, including ICD 10 Codes, diagnostic codes, and risk adjustment scores.
• Proficiency in Spanish will be an additional advantage.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness when engaging with patients.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office and Teams are required.

Job Requirements

What It Takes to Be a Texas Licensed Therapist Here:

• Must hold a valid license as a clinical social worker or clinical therapist.
• Prior experience working in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
