Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business growth team, engaging with suppliers to enhance their interaction experience and encourage platform engagement. Your main objectives will include:

• Engaging suppliers to ensure a positive and productive interaction, leading to their business growth and satisfaction
• Persuading suppliers to expand their business by uploading their catalogs onto the platform, highlighting products in demand
• Convincing suppliers to increase their activity and business frequency on the platform
• Providing accurate and precise information to suppliers, fostering strong business relationships

Job Requirements

Key Account Manager for Outbound Sales will require the following qualifications and competencies:

• Proficiency in both Hindi and English, with exceptional communication skills.
• A natural ability to persuade and build rapport with individuals.
• Availability to work from 10 am to 7 pm shifts.
• Must have access to a personal mobile phone to make outbound calls.
• A willingness to work from the office and the capability to manage and efficiently handle the designated workload.
