Job Description:

About the Role

As an IT Specialist, you will support day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, systems, and end-user environments. The role focuses on ensuring system availability, resolving technical issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting business continuity within a controlled work-from-office setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal systems, hardware, software, and network environments
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
• Support user access, system configurations, and application functionality across business processes
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues when required
• Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, resolutions, and standard procedures
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and maintenance activities
• Support compliance, security, and operational IT standards
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance tasks
• Ensure minimal disruption to business operations through proactive IT support

Job Requirements:

Education

• Graduation from a recognized institution

Experience & Skills

• Prior experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical operations preferred
• Strong understanding of desktop support, operating systems, and basic networking concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues methodically
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, documentation standards, and IT processes
• Good communication skills to support non-technical users
• Ability to work independently within a structured IT environment
