About the Role

Fusion CX is looking for a Junior Systems Technician / IT Support to join our IT team. This entry-level role is designed for candidates starting their career in technical support who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment. You will provide Level 1 support to end users, assist with basic technical issues, and support daily IT operations under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to end users (on-site and remote).
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving common hardware and software issues.
• Support the installation and configuration of Windows operating systems.
• Assist with the setup and support of computer peripherals (printers, monitors, keyboards, etc.).
• Support basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, cabling).
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on computer equipment.
• Register and follow up on support tickets.
• Escalate incidents that require advanced technical support.
• Support day-to-day IT tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical degree or currently studying Systems, IT, or related fields.
• 6 months to 1 year in IT support, internships, or similar roles (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS support.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
• General knowledge of network basics (LAN, Wi-Fi).
• Willingness to learn and follow IT procedures.

• Schedule: Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule.
• Salary: To be determined based on experience
