Job Description – International Sales Executive

About the Role
As an International Sales Executive, you will handle inbound customer inquiries about hotel bookings and travel support. Your ability to communicate persuasively, upsell effectively, and resolve issues efficiently will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound queries from international customers seeking hotel booking services.
• Convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication and upselling techniques.
• Deliver a superior customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Record and manage all customer interactions in internal CRM systems.

Job Requirements – International Sales Executive

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in international sales or upselling, preferably in hospitality or hotel booking
• Excellent spoken English with a confident and persuasive communication style
• Experience handling customers from the UK and the US is preferred
• Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales processes is a plus
• Immediate joiners preferred
