Job Description – Inside Sales

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Support clinic sales representatives in converting potential deals into successful sales.
• Make outbound calls, send emails, and communicate via WhatsApp with potential patients.
• Work directly with financial institutions to negotiate and offer patients the best payment options.
• Manage collections and recovery to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Re-engage with the older leads to generate new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to improve sales processes and enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements – Inside Sales

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (B2-C1) or Italian (B2-C1).
