Overview
Join Fusion CX in the Telecom division as an Inbound Customer Service Representative. This pivotal role focuses on assisting customers with issues accessing their online accounts. You’ll provide essential support in troubleshooting technical problems, guiding customers through account setup processes, and ensuring a seamless online banking experience.
Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support: Assist customers by resolving technical issues that prevent access to online banking services.
- Account Setup Guidance: Help customers set up Certificates of Deposit (CDs) and add beneficiaries to their accounts.
- Problem Resolution: Offer clear and concise instructions to resolve customers’ technical issues, ensuring an efficient online banking experience.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor while addressing customer concerns.
- Operational Flexibility: Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate customer needs.
Requirements – Customer Service Representative
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service, especially in banking, is highly beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in navigating online banking systems and general IT troubleshooting, such as password resets.
- Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with online banking platforms and an understanding of banking regulations and security protocols.
- Work Environment Experience: Previous experience in a financial or technical support environment is preferred.
