Overview

This role focuses on assisting customers with mortgage payment solutions and delinquency resolutions to prevent the risk of losing their homes. You will be pivotal in providing empathetic support and practical solutions to customers facing financial difficulties.

Responsibilities – Mortgage Collection Agent

• Payment Processing: Assist customers in processing their loan payments and exploring viable payment options when they face financial constraints.
• Delinquency Resolution: Work with customers to develop strategies that resolve delinquencies and maintain their home ownership.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, providing clear information and empathetic support.
• Account Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and account status updates.

Requirements – Mortgage Collection Agent
