Job Description – Inbound Collections Specialist

Position Summary: As an Inbound Collections Specialist for a leading telecom client, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve payment issues, and facilitate timely collections on overdue accounts. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring high customer satisfaction (ORS). This role is essential in retaining valued customers and efficiently handling overdue payments.

Key responsibilities of the Inbound Collections Specialist in Spindale, NC:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Answer inbound calls from customers with overdue accounts and provide clear, professional guidance on payment options, account details, and solutions.
  • Collections & Payment Arrangements: Assist customers in understanding their balances and due dates, setting up payment arrangements, and exploring options to help them bring their accounts current.
