Job Description:

Overall Purpose of the Job
  • Recruit and attract qualified candidates who meet operational needs and hiring standards for various clients and business verticals.
  • Reduce early-stage attrition by implementing recruitment strategies and methodologies that improve hiring quality and candidate fit.
  • Maintain an enthusiastic and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, especially during interviews, ensuring
  • candidates feel comfortable and provide accurate responses.
  • Accelerate hiring processes by continuously screening candidates and building a candidate pool for future hiring needs.
  • Participate in and organize recruitment activities or events designed to attract applicants and increase candidate pipelines.
Core Responsibilities
  • Liaise with functional and departmental managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with hiring objectives and workforce requirements.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, employees, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Visit the operations floor periodically to observe agent workflows and better understand the expected candidate profile and role requirements.
  • Assist candidates during assessments by placing them in testing booths, recording their scores, and updating results accurately in the recruitment system.
  • Ensure all candidate documentation is properly uploaded, including bank information, social security records, police records, and applicant information within the recruitment system before the fifth day of training.
  • Follow up regularly on candidate statuses and ensure recruitment records remain updated.
    Contact and schedule potential candidates daily, maintaining an organized scheduling tracker with accurate time and date details.
  • Follow up with candidates obtained through recruitment events and coordinate interviews accordingly.
    Ensure all new training classes maintain a minimum buffer of 20% additional candidates beyond the required headcount.
  • Conduct interviews professionally while maintaining a welcoming, motivational, and conversational atmosphere.
  • Accurately complete candidate profiles in the recruitment system, ensuring all required information fields are filled correctly.
  • Verify that all candidate information entered into the system is accurate and aligned with daily recruitment reports.
  • Upload and manage candidate documents in the system to ensure clear visibility and compliance.
  • Assign candidates to job openings and update their recruitment status, including campaign tagging, restrictions, or disqualification reasons where applicable.
  • Verify at least one professional reference provided by each candidate.
  • Schedule and notify candidates for testing, screening interviews, final interviews, orientation, and training through phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media platforms.
  • Maintain a minimum 95% candidate show-up rate for scheduled interviews and onboarding sessions.
  • Ensure all new hires arrive for orientation at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • Follow up with trainees throughout training to ensure completion and document compliance.
  • Run daily reports on pending candidate documentation and ensure outstanding documents are collected within the defined timeframe.
  • Contact candidates to obtain missing documentation before orientation or training completion.
  • Review referral portals regularly and contact potential candidates while ensuring accurate source tracking.
  • Maintain updated candidate application records and recruitment data within the system.
  • Plan and execute monthly recruitment initiatives and activities to attract new applicants.
  • Maintain communication with selected candidates through messaging groups and provide updates, reminders, and onboarding guidance.
  • Support additional HR or recruitment tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Create and manage job IDs with 100% completion accuracy and minimal errors.

Work Details

Location: Orange Walk, Belize
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday when required)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Payroll: Bi-Monthly
