Job Description – HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Recruiter at Fusion CX Colombia, your duties will include:

• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions across the organization.
• Recruitment Strategy Development: Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and requirements. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Network Building: Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Job Descriptions & Postings: Draft and post compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
• Offer Preparation & Hiring Compliance: Prepare job offers, manage the hiring process, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Employer Branding: Enhance Fusion CX’s employer brand through networking, partnerships, and active social media engagement.
• Onboarding Support: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires by providing necessary documentation and guidance throughout the process.

Qualifications & Requirements

You will need the following qualifications and qualities to succeed in this role of HR Recruiter in Colombia:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment best practices and employment laws is a plus.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
