About the Role

As a Hair Coach for a hair and health support process, you will act as a dedicated guide for clients navigating hair-related concerns. Your role focuses on assessment, education, emotional support, and progress tracking, ensuring each client receives consistent guidance aligned with established medical and process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client hair conditions based on defined guidelines provided by the medical and process teams
• Educate clients on appropriate hair care practices, including washing, protection, and maintenance techniques
• Identify and address hair-related concerns such as damage, thinning, or scalp issues through structured problem analysis
• Support clients emotionally by offering encouragement, empathy, and confidence during their treatment journey
• Assist clients in setting realistic hair-care goals aligned with prescribed guidelines
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing guidance to help clients stay on track
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, assessments, and follow-ups
• Respond to client queries in a timely, ethical, and professional manner
• Actively seek and apply feedback from supervisors to improve service delivery
• Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and quality expectations in all client interactions

Job Requirements:

Education

• A graduation in any discipline
