About the Role
As a Hair Coach at Fusion CX, you will guide clients through their hair care journey by assessing their hair condition according to established medical team guidelines, educating them on appropriate hair care practices, and helping them address hair-related concerns. You will provide empathetic support, help clients set realistic goals, and monitor their progress throughout treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Hair Assessment: Assess clients’ hair condition according to guidelines established by the Medical Team to understand their individual needs.
- Hair Care Education: Educate clients on proper hair care practices, including appropriate washing techniques and ways to protect their hair, following established guidelines.
- Problem-Solving: Help clients identify and address hair-related concerns during treatment, including hair damage, hair loss, and scalp conditions, and discuss strategies to manage these concerns.
- Emotional Support: Provide empathetic guidance and encouragement to clients experiencing hair loss, thinning, or other hair-related concerns that may affect their confidence and well-being.
- Goal Setting and Progress Monitoring: Help clients establish realistic goals for their hair condition, monitor their progress, and provide ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.
Job Requirements:
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with a regional language such as Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam, as required by the process.
- English Assessment: Minimum Versant score of 5 for English.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Empathy and the ability to communicate sensitively with clients about personal hair-related concerns.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to explain hair care practices clearly.
- Ability to follow established guidelines and support clients throughout their treatment journey.
