About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience to join our team. You will support the Sales and Marketing department by developing visually compelling designs that strengthen the company’s brand presence and enhance customer engagement. The role requires strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging creatives across multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives for various platforms, including posts, banners, and campaign creatives.

• Create high-quality brochures, flyers, standees, posters, catalogs, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.

• Develop logos, brand identities, and visual assets in line with brand guidelines.

• Design website layouts, landing pages, web graphics, and other digital creatives.

• Create illustrations, layouts, and visual content for marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and corporate communications.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and develop creative concepts.

• Support sales teams with pitch decks, proposals, product sheets, and event materials; adapt assets for multiple channels.

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, visual standards, and campaign objectives.

• Maintain consistency in branding across all creatives.

• Maintain and update the brand library, including logos, templates, fonts, color codes, and imagery.

• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and multimedia content when required.

• Adapt designs based on feedback and evolving business requirements.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure production-quality outputs.

• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities may evolve in response to changing business needs.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

Experience:

• 5–7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.

Technical & Creative Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong proficiency in Canva.

• Proven experience designing social media creatives, branding assets, brochures, logos, web layouts, presentations, and digital assets.

• Good understanding of social media design trends and formats.

• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging creatives.

Professional Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Note: A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.

• Familiarity with print production standards.
