Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Morning / First Half of the Day

• Conduct outbound cold calling activities using a predictive dialing system
• Promote and sell household products including handmade towels, brushes, brooms, and baskets
• Manage high-volume outbound calling activities efficiently and professionally
• Achieve productivity and sales targets within campaign expectations

Afternoon / Second Half of the Day

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing customers
• Support customer retention and upselling activities
• Build positive customer relationships and identify additional sales opportunities
• Maintain professional and customer-focused communication throughout all interactions

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• German language proficiency at C1 level or native fluency required
• Strong verbal communication and clear pronunciation skills in German
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or outbound calling preferred
• Experience with outbound campaigns such as insurance, telecom, electricity, gas contracts, or mobile plans is an advantage
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets
• Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and confident communication style

Work Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (including 1-hour break)
