About the Role

As an Executive – Presales & B2B Content Marketing, you will support presales and marketing initiatives across the full content development lifecycle. Your work will include analyzing RFP and RFI requirements, developing proposal content, preparing executive presentations and client-facing materials, conducting business and industry research, and supporting SEO and structured content initiatives. The role requires strong business writing, editing, research, stakeholder coordination, and content-structuring abilities, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Proposal Management

• Support end-to-end RFP and RFI responses, including requirement analysis, content development, stakeholder coordination, review, and submission.
• Analyze requirements and organize relevant information into structured proposal responses.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate, relevant input.
• Support the development of persuasive, accurate, and client-ready proposal materials.

B2B Content Development

• Develop executive presentations, case studies, thought leadership content, email campaigns, website copy, and other client-facing marketing materials.
• Translate complex business inputs into clear, compelling, and structured business content.
• Edit, proofread, and refine content to maintain accuracy, clarity, consistency, and professional quality.
• Develop content aligned with business objectives and client-facing communication requirements.

Business & Market Research

• Conduct industry, competitor, account, and lead intelligence research to support sales pursuits and marketing initiatives.
• Research relevant business information and organize findings into useful insights.
• Support sales and marketing teams with research-driven content and information.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Design, Operations, and Leadership teams to gather inputs and develop client-ready materials.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure required information is received within defined timelines.
• Review and consolidate inputs while maintaining consistency and accuracy across deliverables.

SEO & Digital Content

• Support SEO-led content development for digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist with WordPress updates and structured website content management.
• Maintain and organize proposal repositories and structured content resources.
• Support content workflows that improve accessibility, consistency, and reuse of business information.

AI-Assisted Content & Productivity

• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, drafting, editing, presentation development, and reporting workflows.
• Review and validate AI-assisted outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, quality, and alignment with business requirements.
• Apply AI tools within structured content and research workflows while maintaining professional judgment.

Job Requirements:

Education

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in presales, B2B content, proposal management, marketing, or business research.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong business writing, editing, content structuring, and proofreading skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Practical experience with AI tools, SEO, WordPress, and structured proposal development.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling business content.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commercial awareness and a strong sense of ownership.
• Exposure to BFSI, Hi-Tech, Travel, Utilities, or Retail is desirable.
