Job Description:

About the Role

As an Executive – Payroll & Compliance, you will work with data, reporting, and dashboards within the Payroll & Compliance function. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to analyze information, identify issues, and approach problems logically. You will also contribute through data-driven reporting and dashboard-related activities, making analytical and problem-solving skills important to succeeding in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work extensively with Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables and Conditional Formatting.
• Apply Excel-based analysis to organize, review, and interpret data.
• Work with data dashboards and support accurate presentation of relevant information.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, discrepancies, or areas requiring attention.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to data and reporting requirements.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across assigned work.
• Use Excel-based tools and techniques to support efficient data handling and reporting.
• Explore the use of Macros and automation where applicable to improve efficiency.
• Communicate relevant information clearly with internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Education

• Graduation.

Experience

• Relevant experience in a similar position and environment, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Advanced Excel.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pivot Tables.
• Good knowledge of Conditional Formatting.
• Knowledge of Macros and automation will be an added advantage.
• Good hands-on experience with data dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Decent communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately with data and reporting requirements.
