About the Role

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at Fusion CX, you will assist customers through inbound and outbound calls and follow up on inquiries through email, chat, and social media. You will provide timely updates, document actions accurately, route requests to the appropriate departments, and handle complaints professionally. This role suits candidates who can multitask, communicate with empathy, and build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to general customer inquiries respectfully and professionally, demonstrating empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls, greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Provide timely updates and accurately document every action taken.
• Follow up on customer inquiries through email, phone, social media, and chat platforms.
• Transfer or reassign calls and tickets to the appropriate departments.
• Handle complaints and escalations professionally, maintaining a neutral approach across a range of topics.
• Resolve customer issues as efficiently as possible while maintaining high service quality.
• Work independently and collaboratively to achieve individual and campaign goals, KPIs, and performance targets.

Job Requirements:

• English Proficiency: B2 – Advanced, spoken and written.
• Age and Identification: Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid DUI.
• Education: Completed high school diploma.
• Experience: No previous experience required. Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Computer Skills: Ability to navigate the web, work across multiple windows and systems simultaneously, use email, and work with Microsoft Office or Google tools.
• Typing and Written Communication: Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills, with functional typing ability and clear written English. The minimum words-per-minute requirement is to be confirmed with Operations.
• Digital Communication: Familiarity with basic computer tools for email, chat, and ticketing.
• Schedule: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by the operation.
• Training: Availability to complete initial training with 100% attendance.
