Job Description:

About the Role

As a Trainer, you will design, deliver, and evaluate classroom and blended training programs. You will play a key role in onboarding new hires, conducting refresher sessions, supporting nesting phases, and ensuring skill readiness aligned with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end training programs for new and existing team members.
  • Deliver classroom and blended learning sessions that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Provide CORE training in customer service skills, process knowledge, and product knowledge.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions to maintain and enhance floor performance.
  • Prepare and design structured training materials and content.
  • Generate training performance and effectiveness reports.
  • Provide floor support as per operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with different LOBs to assess Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Conduct feedback sessions and performance discussions as required.
  • Manage BQM alignment and nesting compliance processes.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to resolve training-related concerns.
  • Facilitate open communication across departments to strengthen learning impact.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Graduation from a recognized institution.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in training delivery within customer support environments preferred.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to design structured learning materials and evaluate training outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination skills across multiple operational units.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and training throughput effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Language & Communication Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to present information clearly to diverse learner groups.
