Your role will involve directly engaging with customers to negotiate and settle their outstanding debts, ensuring effective and professional debt recovery.

Responsibilities – Debt Collection Agent

• Debt Recovery: Contact customers who have defaulted on their motorcycle lease payments to discuss and negotiate repayment terms.
• Customer Negotiations: Handle inbound and outbound calls to offer solutions and assist customers in resolving their financial obligations.
• Financial Guidance: Provide advice and assistance to customers, helping them understand their options and responsibilities related to lease payments.

Requirements – Debt Collection Agent
