Job Description – Customer Support Representative (Voice – English & Hindi)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls in English and Hindi to assist customers with service queries or concerns
• Maintain a courteous, solution-focused approach in every interaction
• Accurately document queries, solutions, and follow-ups in internal systems
• Provide prompt resolution while adhering to quality standards and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalated issues and ensure closure
• Meet performance KPIs including First Call Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality Scores

Job Requirements – Customer Support Representative

• Must be a graduate in any discipline (graduation is mandatory)
• Proficient in English and Hindi with clear communication
• Strong interpersonal skills with a calm and empathetic approach
• Willingness to work rotational 24×7 shifts
• Prior customer support or voice process experience is a plus, but not mandatory
