Job Description – Customer Support Representative (Voice – English & Hindi)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in English and Hindi for queries, concerns, or assistance
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy throughout each interaction
• Record call details and resolutions with clarity in internal systems
• Escalate complex cases appropriately and coordinate with backend teams
• Meet performance KPIs including First Call Resolution (FCR), CSAT, and Quality Score
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and service protocols

Job Requirements – Customer Support Representative (Voice – English & Hindi)

• Graduation in any stream is mandatory
• Fluency in English and Hindi with clear verbal communication
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Previous experience in voice support or BPO is a plus, but not mandatory
