Job Description – Customer Support Representative (Chat – English)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle real-time customer queries through live chat with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and speed
  • Deliver prompt, empathetic, and solution-focused responses to international customers
  • Adhere to quality standards while managing multiple conversations efficiently
  • Document every interaction with clarity in internal CRM tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of escalations
  • Maintain professionalism and brand tone in all written communications
  • Meet KPIs such as Response Time, Chat Accuracy, CSAT, and Chat Handling Time

Job Requirements – Customer Support Representative (Chat – English)

  • Must be a graduate in any discipline (graduation is mandatory)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). Communication level Versant 5/6 is required.
  • Strong grammar, typing, and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts (any 9-hour shift)
  • Prior experience in international chat support is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer orientation with attention to detail
