About the Role

As a Chat Process Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously, providing accurate product or service information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll handle queries with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail — representing the voice of Fusion CX in every message.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple live chat conversations efficiently while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in grammatically correct and clear written English.
  • Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions within defined timelines.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and performance metrics such as response time and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex or escalated issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international chat process (mandatory).
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (graduation is mandatory).
  • Communication: Excellent written English with flawless grammar and tone.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 35–40 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Work Setup: Full-time, Work from Office – Fusion CX, Sector V, Kolkata.
  • Shift: Rotational 24×7 (8-hour shift + 1-hour break).
  • Transport: Cab facility provided for odd-hour shifts.
  • Working Days: 6 days per week, 1 rotational week off.
