Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities as a customer support representative in Cebu, Philippines:

  • Support field technician needs via phone, email, and other approved support channels.
  • Help manage on-site labor, troubleshoot, and direct calls to ensure the successful completion of work assignments by field technicians.
  • Perform ticket triage before dispatching to technicians.
  • Maintain advanced user standards and compliance in CRM/ERP and RAMP work assignment applications.
  • Handle inbound customer calls to promote products or services.
  • Facilitate product/service sales aligned with customer needs.
  • Guide customers with product and service knowledge, ensuring professional and courteous interaction.
  • Adhere to account-specific policies for communication, including initiating calls, callbacks, returning calls, and responding to emails.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer information, including account, billing, and credit details.
  • Meet or exceed client KPIs, including attendance, adherence, QA, sales conversion, productivity, handling time, and CSAT/CSI.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by resolving issues, processing accounts, verifying customer files, and maintaining accurate interaction records.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer engagement.
  • Send reports as required by the account or supervisor.
  • Collaborate with your superior on learning opportunities, career growth, and development.

Job Requirements

Key Competencies Required for Success in this Role:

  • Minimum of a Senior High School graduate.
  • At least 3 months of BPO experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work on-site at the Cebu location.
  • Can start immediately (ASAP).
