About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive – Live Chat, you will provide real-time assistance to users of a leading cryptocurrency trading platform. You will handle customer inquiries related to account access, transactions, security concerns, and platform navigation through live chat channels.

This role requires strong written communication, quick problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset. You will support users across multiple geographies while ensuring professional and efficient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through live chat platforms, resolving queries related to account access, transactions, and platform usage.
  • Deliver clear, accurate, and timely responses while maintaining a professional tone in written communication.
  • Troubleshoot common platform issues and guide customers through solutions step-by-step.
  • Assist customers with account verification, security checks, and general platform navigation.
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate internal teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within CRM or support systems.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining response quality and speed.
  • Follow platform compliance, data security, and customer protection protocols.
  • Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on platform features, cryptocurrency trends, and internal knowledge base updates.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4-year undergraduate program or equivalent)

Language Skills

  • Native proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, or Bengali
    • English proficiency at CEFR C1–C2 level with excellent written communication skills

Typing Skills

  • Minimum 50+ words per minute (WPM) typing speed in English and Hindi/Urdu/Bengali

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Live Chat Customer Support
  • Experience in BPO, technical support, or digital platform customer service

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge or experience in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, or Crypto Exchanges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, chat support platforms, and knowledge base systems

Work Mode: Work From Office
Schedule: 6 Days Working | Rotational Week Off
