About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as the face of the organization, delivering best-in-class customer experiences and supporting customers throughout their homeownership journey. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong critical-thinking skills who approaches every interaction with a problem-solving mindset and a desire to uncover root causes rather than simply resolving surface-level issues.

In this role, you will engage with customers over the phone, providing thoughtful and efficient solutions while identifying opportunities to improve their overall experience. You will also proactively manage early-stage delinquency accounts, working with customers to understand challenges and drive sustainable resolutions with empathy and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to provide a warm welcome to customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls supporting customer experience across payments, escrow, and account inquiries.
  • Deliver a high-quality, consistent customer experience across all interactions.
  • Proactively manage early-stage delinquency (0–29 DPD) accounts.
  • Apply critical thinking to solve complex customer issues.
  • Process loan payments.
  • Adapt to changing policies and procedures.
  • Utilize learning materials in real time during customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer journey.
  • Meet and/or exceed team, quality, and customer experience goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Critical thinker with a problem-solver mentality.
  • Customer experience focused.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and solutions-focused.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Communicative and open to feedback.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer experience or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong customer outcomes.
  • Experience with early-stage delinquency preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies, including Loan Pro, FICS, Microsoft tools, and Asana.
