Overview

Fusion CX is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative to manage our medical prescription services campaign. This role involves handling inbound and outbound communications with patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to medication supplies and services.

Responsibilities – Customer Service/Sales Representative

  • Patient Communication: Follow up with patients to confirm prescription details, address inquiries, and provide updates on medication availability.
  • Sales Support: Assist in closing sales by managing Priority Tickets and following up on potential leads from missed calls or emails.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve patient or provider complaints regarding medication service or supply issues.
  • Technical Support: Manage technical tickets related to medication supplies, expirations, or backorders, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain professional and compassionate interaction with all customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements – Customer Service/Sales Representative

  • Communication Skills: Strong phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Multi-tasking Ability: Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in customer service within the healthcare sector is preferred, with a good understanding of medical terminologies and processes.
  • Professional Demeanor: Compassionate, patient, and professional approach in all interactions, with a strong focus on providing empathetic customer service.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for accurately managing patient information and service tickets.
  • Sales Skills: Light sales experience is a plus, with the ability to effectively close transactions and follow up on leads.
