About the Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will play a central role in delivering a high-quality experience to borrowers and cosigners through inbound calls, outbound calls, and professional video interactions. You will promote loan products, assist customers with application-related questions, provide billing and repayment support, and guide customers through a transparent and respectful financial process. This role requires professionalism, independence, and the ability to build trust with individuals making important financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to assist customers with loan inquiries, application support, and repayment questions.
  • Conduct professional video calls to guide customers and cosigners through product explanations, documentation requirements, and application steps.
  • Provide clear, courteous, and consistent customer service aligned with compliance and transparency standards.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while maintaining a consultative sales approach.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in internal CRM systems.
  • Resolve account-related inquiries, including billing status, repayment schedules, and procedural questions.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction (CSAT), call quality, efficiency, and sales conversion.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer financial and personal information.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and peers to improve performance and customer experience outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • English Proficiency:  English fluency required with clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous call center experience in customer service, financial services, sales, or back-office support
  • Comfortable handling inbound calls, outbound calls, and video-based customer interactions
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to influence customer decisions professionally
  • Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM navigation skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume communication activities in a fast-paced call center environment
