Customer Service Representative – Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Overview:
Qualification representatives are proficiently trained and officially accredited to deliver outstanding customer support via phone communication. The Qualification representative will work with a customer and the customer’s financial institution to verify and validate account information. This role entails embodying the company’s voice and consistently upholding enthusiasm, optimism, politeness, dedication, and professionalism in assisting customers in their journey to secure loan approval. The role involves establishing credibility and trust and fostering a positive relationship with customers and financial institutions.
It’s important to note that we do not engage in telemarketing. Our customers are applying for financial assistance in the form of a loan. We specialize in aiding customers who are calling us and contacting clients that have applied online to help them complete their loan applications.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent attendance record.
- Good English communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to handle confidential information is critical.
- Works successfully both on a team and independently.
- A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute in English.
- Embraces change, thinks creatively, and has a willingness to learn.
- Capable of handling a high number of inbound and outbound calls.
- Must work on-site Monday to Friday and occasionally some weekends.
- Very tech savvy and quickly able to learn new software and applications.
- Ability to withstand significant pressures driven by volume, pace, and challenging interactions.
- Must be confident, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and possess the ability to multi-task.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, occasional weekends.
