About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to technical support and service inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving voice, data, devices, and network connectivity.
  • Explain technical solutions clearly using appropriate customer-facing language.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or service options.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems to document interactions accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with service quality and productivity standards.
  • Support daily and monthly sales and retention objectives.
  • Stay updated on technology changes and wireless product enhancements.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • High school diploma

Experience & Skills

  • 0–6 months of customer service, call center, or technical support experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting fundamentals and wireless terminology.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask across systems and tools efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-based environment.
