About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Spanish Language, you will help customers schedule appointments at clinics, respond to requests by phone, email, or chat, and assist customers who are considering cancelling their appointments. You will represent the company professionally by providing accurate, complete information and maintaining reliable records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments at one of the clinics.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests through phone, email, and chat.
- Help customers reconsider cancelling their appointments.
- Provide accurate information about products, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure information provided to customers is accurate, valid, and complete, following established company processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent Spanish language proficiency at B2, C1, or C2 level.
- Excellent communication skills.
