About the Role
You will engage inbound and outbound contacts who are seeking legal assistance, conduct brief qualifying conversations, and transfer them efficiently to intake specialists. The role demands exceptional conversational skills, professionalism under pressure, and the ability to handle sensitive interactions with care and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers through inbound and outbound interactions related to legal assistance inquiries.
- Conduct professional, empathetic qualifying conversations to understand the customer’s legal support needs.
- Transfer qualified contacts accurately and promptly to intake specialists providing legal assistance.
- Follow all campaign scripts, call handling guidelines, and compliance procedures consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, dispositions, and transfer outcomes in required systems.
- Meet or exceed daily contact, qualification, and transfer targets.
- Handle both English-speaking and bilingual interactions with equal professionalism and clarity.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve call quality and transfer accuracy.

Job Requirements:
Education
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience & Skills
- Call center experience in sales and customer service is required.
- Exceptional conversational skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to handle sensitive customer situations with empathy.
- Experience in legal services, legal support campaigns, or intake coordination is a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented with accurate and consistent call disposition and data entry habits.
- Ability to follow structured qualifying scripts and transfer workflows precisely.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate systems during live interactions.
Language & Communication Requirements
- English proficiency required — strong verbal communication and conversational skills essential.
