Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative

• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat, translating for adjusters when necessary.
• Claim Updates and Dispatch: Provide updates on existing claims, arrange dispatch services, and take recorded statements to support claim resolution.
• Customer Support: Maintain clear and effective communication, offering exceptional service while addressing customer queries and processing related tasks.

Requirements – Customer Service Representative

• Experience: Prior customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Communication Skills: Strong abilities to engage with customers across communication platforms.
• Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Professionalism: Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while handling customer concerns.
