Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative

• Insurance Claim Processing: Assist customers with filing new insurance claims and manage claims via phone and email.
• Payment Processing: Take insurance payments and handle related financial transactions.
• Communication and Documentation: Translate for adjusters and ensure accurate information is documented to help the insurance company assess claims effectively.
• Customer Support: Provide status updates on existing claims, set up dispatch services, and take recorded statements as required.
• Client Interaction: Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements – Customer Service Representative

• Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, as bilingual skills are essential.
• Flexibility: Willing to adapt to flexible working hours as required by business needs.
• Independence: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Multi-tasking: Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
• Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Experience: Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
