About the Role

You will handle outbound calls to customers who have previously engaged with health insurance information online. Your primary focus is to ask a defined set of qualifying questions and transfer interested, eligible customers to the appropriate specialists. The role is process-driven, conversation-focused, and built for candidates who can communicate clearly, work efficiently, and stay motivated in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers who have expressed online interest in health insurance coverage options.
  • Engage customers in professional, friendly conversations to establish rapport and confirm interest.
  • Ask all required qualifying questions accurately and in the correct sequence as defined by the campaign.
  • Transfer qualified leads promptly and accurately to the appropriate agents or specialists.
  • Handle inbound interactions related to health insurance inquiries and provide accurate, helpful responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all call dispositions, outcomes, and customer information in required systems.
  • Meet or exceed daily outbound contact, qualification, and transfer targets.
  • Follow all campaign scripts, compliance guidelines, and data handling procedures consistently.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize call outcomes and campaign performance.

Responsibilities may evolve based on operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Skills

  • A background in sales and customer service is required.
  • Comfortable managing outbound call volumes in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to follow structured scripts and qualifying question flows accurately.
  • Experience in lead generation, lead transfer, or health and medical campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with accurate and timely call disposition and data entry habits.
  • Team player with a positive, focused, and adaptable attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate systems during live calls.

Language & Communication Requirements

  • Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills required.
