Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Financial in Cebu, you will play a vital role in helping customers navigate the process of securing payday loan approvals. You will engage in inbound and outbound calls, providing clear, accurate, and helpful information while fostering a professional yet friendly relationship with each customer. Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Call Handling: Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls and can manage high call volumes.
- Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute to ensure accurate and efficient documentation.
- Work Ethic: Excellent attendance record and a professional approach to meeting targets and deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and with integrity.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Prior Experience
- BPO Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or BPO environment.
- Education: At least a Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
- Preferred Experience: Background in financial services is a plus.
