Job Description

The role of Customer Service Representative in Puerto Vallarta requires you to perform the following:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, assisting, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects, promote products or services, and achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer information, and follow established procedures and guidelines.

Job Requirements

An ideal candidate for this role of Customer Service Associate in Puerto Vallarta must possess the following educational qualifications and skills:


  • Higher Secondary with 6-12 months of call center experience is preferred.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Possessing basic knowledge of computer operation.
