About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by phone with orders, product inquiries, returns, and general customer service needs. Job Requirements:
- High school graduate.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Preferably 6 months of contact center experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, patient, and efficient approach when assisting customers.
- Comfortable using computer systems to process customer requests.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer concerns and manage multiple interactions.
- Ability to communicate product and service information clearly and accurately.
