Job Description – Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at Fusion CX in Cebu, you will be responsible for the following:
- Inbound Call Handling: Answering calls from customers to assist with product inquiries, service updates, and account changes.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Addressing customer concerns with empathy and converting dissatisfied customers into satisfied ones through effective communication.

Job Requirements – Customer Service Representative
