Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Fusion CX in Cebu, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Inbound Call Handling: Answering calls from customers to assist with product inquiries, service updates, and account changes.
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Addressing customer concerns with empathy and converting dissatisfied customers into satisfied ones through effective communication.
  • Product and Renewal Information: Providing detailed information on product renewal options and available services to customers.
  • Multichannel Communication: Interpreting and fulfilling customer needs via phone, email, or chat based on account operations.
  • Team Support: Performing other related duties as assigned by the Team Leader to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Job Requirements:

To excel as a Customer Service Representative in Cebu, you should have:

  • Language Proficiency: Average verbal and written communication skills in both Chavacano and English.

  • An average communication skills (verbal and written) in Chavacano & English
  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu and start by November 11.
