About the Role

You will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions related to car rental services — handling reservations, account queries, and service-related concerns while identifying opportunities for soft sales and transferring qualified leads to the appropriate agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to car rental reservations, account inquiries, and service support.
  • Conduct soft sales conversations to upsell or cross-sell relevant rental services and add-ons.
  • Transfer qualified leads accurately and efficiently to the appropriate agents or departments.
  • Provide professional, accurate, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and dispositions in required systems.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity, quality, and contact targets.
  • Follow all campaign scripts, compliance guidelines, and call handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve campaign goals.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Skills

  • A background in sales and customer service is required.
  • Comfortable managing blended inbound and outbound call volumes.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask across systems while maintaining a focused customer conversation.
  • Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate internal systems efficiently.
