About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers through email, chat, and voice channels. The role focuses mainly on footwear products, requiring you to understand customer needs, provide accurate product and service information, process requests, and resolve concerns while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers through voice, chat, and email with orders, product inquiries, returns, and general customer service needs.
- Support customers with questions related primarily to footwear products, providing clear and accurate information.
- Handle multiple customer interactions across different communication channels while using computer systems to process requests.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance to help resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, maintaining professionalism, patience, and efficiency throughout each interaction.
- Provide necessary information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain a positive customer experience and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Preferably 6 months of contact center experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions through voice, chat, and email.
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable using computer systems to process customer requests.
- Ability to manage multiple interactions and troubleshoot customer concerns.
