Overview

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Fusion CX in Belize City. This role is pivotal in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will handle various inquiries related to customer accounts, process transactions, and manage insurance policies, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative

• Customer Account Management: Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and accurately.
• Transaction Processing: Process credit card payments, update payment methods, and manage billing information with a high level of accuracy.
• Insurance Policy Management: Handle enrollments, and cancellations, and provide quotations for customer insurance policies. Follow up with customers regarding policy reminders and due dates.
• Documentation and Follow-Up: Email documents to clients as required and follow up on open issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support.

Requirements – Customer Service Representative

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are a plus.
• Active Listening: Ability to listen actively and respond to customer needs effectively.
• Empathy and Patience: Must be empathetic and patient, understanding customer issues and responding with care.
• Adaptability: Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing situations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and good reading comprehension. Must be computer savvy and attentive to detail.
• Positive Attitude: Must have a positive and energetic approach, willing to assist and explain complex issues to customers.
